Fast Lane: The NASCAR Photography of Darryl Moran

Darryl Moran’s images depict the frantic pace of race day as well as the camaraderie of the drivers, intimate moments with fans and family members, and the support and spirit of the pit crew. For Homeschool Day, children will explore Moran’s role as a NASCAR photographer along with local history of the Greenville Pickens Speedway.

HOW: September 16 is open to children in 1st-12th grade.

WHY: Get hands-on with history, science, and art while incorporating state standards
