Narwhal: Revealing an Arctic Legend
Dive in and explore the science of the “unicorn of the sea.” Students will learn about the history and biology of the Narwhal and their ecosystem.
This Smithsonian traveling exhibition features an 18-foot fiberglass model of an adult male narwhal as well as panoramic images of their Arctic environment. Experience the enormity of the spiral-tusked mammal while incorporating STEM education goals.

HOW: April’s Homeschool Day is open to children in 1st-12th grade.

COST: $10 per student & $12 per adult
UHM MEMBERS COST: $6 per student & Adults are FREE
