SUMMARY:Connections Cafe
DESCRIPTION:Monthly program in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association for individuals living with early stage Alzheimer’s or dementia. Programs vary each month but usually include a short meeting with updates from the Alzheimer’s Association\, a tour of a Museum exhibition\, and a hands-on activity time in the classroom. \nConnections Café meets the second Thursday of each month at 2:00 p.m. \nAdmission is free for all participants and caregivers. \n  \n2022 Schedule \nJanuary 13 – Uncovered: The Ken Burns Collection \nFebruary 10 – The Soldier Bishop: Ellison Capers \nMarch 10 – Witness to History: Selma Photography \nApril 14 – The Art of the Warner Brothers \nMay 12 – 50 Years: The Carolina Ballet Theatre \nJune 9 – Vietnam: The Real War
